Photoshop is a graphics editing program which is developed by Adobe. There are many ways by which you can edit pictures using the available tools of the Photoshop program. Using these tools you can create and edit all types of images. Simply, you open the Photoshop program. Add your picture. On the LEVELS screen, which is going to pop up, you click on Image>>Adjustments>>Levels. For a shortcut, you can click Ctrl + L. Then you will see a bar graph of colors in your picture. Now you just move the arrows with your mouse in order to lighten or darken your photo. Or without doing this, you just click on the button on the far right with the eyedropper on it. Now click the eyedropper on your photo and see the changes.
